Not including any small cost for electricity and water... my cost
per quart is then $32.00 divided by 400 quarts, or eight cents a
quart. At Walmart SILK costs $1.52 a quart (tax included) for
who knows what for additives. Warm-shelved soymilks such as
Soy Dream (vanilla) is $2.00 a quart. For the price of 100 gallons
of SILK (400 quarts for a total price of $608.00) or Soy Dream (400
quarts for a total price of $800.00) I can purchase a fantastic array
of healthy additives: maple syrup, carob, stevia, sea salt, vanilla,
fresh fruits, nuts, etc.
